North Cornwall Township, PA (June 25, 2025) — A dramatic single-vehicle accident Monday afternoon left a car standing upright on its front grill in Lebanon County, prompting a swift rescue response.
According to reports, the crash occurred just after 4 p.m. in the 500 block of Quentin Road near Isabel Drive, on the lot of the Frederick Chevrolet dealership. Crews from the Neversink Fire Company arrived to find a car flipped vertically against a pickup truck, with the driver trapped inside.
Emergency personnel quickly stabilized the vehicle and used cutting tools to remove the driver’s side door. The trapped driver was safely extracted in approximately 13 minutes. Fortunately, no significant injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash is not yet clear, and fire crews remained at the scene for about an hour to ensure safety and conduct cleanup operations.
