CHICOPEE, MA (January 10, 2025) – A rollover crash on I-90 westbound Wednesday left two individuals hospitalized and caused significant traffic disruptions near mile marker 47.2.
Massachusetts State Police reported that the crash resulted in the driver being ejected from the vehicle. Both the driver and a passenger were transported to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield for treatment. Their conditions have not been disclosed.
Chicopee EMS and MassDOT assisted at the scene. While the left lane was initially closed, the right lane remains closed as police continue their investigation. Traffic is still able to pass through the area, but drivers are urged to proceed with caution and anticipate delays.
