According to the Oregon State Police, the collision occurred just after 7:30 p.m. on September 20 in the 2700 block of Southeast Troutdale Road. A vehicle traveling southbound on Troutdale Road reportedly veered off course and struck a parked car in a residential driveway.
Tragically, the driver of the moving vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials confirmed that individuals were sitting inside the parked car at the time of the crash, but none of them sustained injuries.
