Beaufort, MO (June 11, 2025) – A 34-year-old man from High Ridge sustained serious injuries Monday evening after the dump truck he was driving overturned along Highway 185, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
According to reports, the crash occurred around 7:16 p.m. on June 9 just north of Mueller Road, south of Beaufort. Authorities say the man was operating a 2020 Western Star dump truck northbound when the vehicle veered off the right side of the road and overturned.
The driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered serious injuries and was airlifted from the scene by ARCH Air Medical to Mercy Hospital St. Louis for emergency treatment. No other vehicles were involved in the crash, and no additional injuries were reported.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol continues to investigate the cause of the single-vehicle rollover.
