News sources show that 28-year-old Brandon Teal was behind the wheel of his vehicle when he attempted to turn west onto Haslett Road from northbound M-52. According to deputies, his car was struck by a southbound vehicle driven by a 27-year-old man from Breckenridge, Michigan.
Teal, who was alone in his vehicle, sadly died at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle and a 41-year-old passenger from Owosso were not injured in the collision.
