The victims, identified as Kishore Divan, 89, Asha Divan, 85, Shailesh Divan, 87, and Gita Divan, 81, were all pronounced dead at the scene.
According to reports, the crash occurred along Big Wheeling Creek Road in Wheeling, approximately 20 miles from the Pennsylvania border.
