According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred when 23-year-old Bailey Nisbet of Baytown was traveling southbound in an SUV. For unknown reasons, he crossed into the opposite lane and collided head-on with a northbound pickup driven by 67-year-old Carl Rice of McCamey.
