Mount Pleasant Township, PA (August 12, 2025) – A driver was killed Monday morning in a head-on crash in Washington County. The collision happened just before 10 a.m. on August 11 along State Route 18, according to Washington County Coroner Tim Warco.
According to reports, witnesses said the victim’s vehicle was traveling southbound and driving erratically before crossing the center line and striking a pickup truck head-on. The driver, whose identity has not yet been released, was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
Mount Pleasant Township Police are leading the investigation into the cause of the collision.
