According to reports, Phoenix police responded just after 7:45 p.m. on June 1 to the intersection of 43rd Avenue and Sweetwater Avenue. Authorities confirmed that three adults and two children were transported to nearby hospitals. Tragically, one of the adults, a woman, succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.
