Erie County, PA (September 8, 2025) – A tragic crash claimed the life of a 73-year-old man after a two-vehicle accident on Interstate 90 eastbound near mile marker 13 Sunday afternoon.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the collision occurred around 3:50 p.m. on September 7. Harry Anderson, the driver of a 2005 Honda Accord, was traveling westbound in the left lane when, for unknown reasons, his vehicle veered off the roadway, crossed the center median, and became airborne.
While in the air, Anderson’s Honda struck a 2021 Subaru Forester heading eastbound. Both vehicles came to rest on the right shoulder of the eastbound lanes. Emergency crews responded quickly, but Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene due to multiple blunt force injuries. The Subaru driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.
