Garvin County, OK (November 30, 2025) – A woman from Davis, Oklahoma lost her life in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning in Garvin County.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the fatal collision happened just before 8:00 a.m. on November 28 at the intersection of State Highway 7 and Indian Meridian Road. Jamie West, 43, was driving near the intersection when she attempted to turn onto the highway but did not yield at a stop sign. Her vehicle was then struck by an oncoming car traveling along SH-7.
West, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver involved was not injured. Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
