Clarksville, TN (December 21, 2025) – A serious multi-vehicle crash in Clarksville Friday evening claimed one life and left multiple others, including a juvenile, injured.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 5:47 p.m. on December 19 near the West Fork Bridge along 101st Airborne Division Parkway. Authorities say a westbound vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with an eastbound vehicle.
Tragically, the front seat passenger in the eastbound car died at the scene. The driver and a juvenile back-seat passenger were airlifted to hospitals in the Nashville area and are reported to be in stable condition. The driver of the vehicle that veered into oncoming lanes sustained minor injuries and was taken to Tennova Healthcare. Charges are currently pending as the investigation continues.
