El Paso, TX (September 10, 2025) – A bicyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash early Sunday morning at the intersection of Pershing Drive and Leeds Avenue, according to the El Paso Police Department.
Authorities report the fatal collision occurred around 1:40 a.m. on September 7. A bicyclist was riding near the intersection when they were struck by a vehicle that fled the scene without stopping.
The suspect vehicle is believed to be a gray or silver car, possibly a Kia, with visible front-end damage, especially around the grill area. Officers responding to the scene pronounced the victim dead at the scene. The identity of the bicyclist has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.
