Rowlett, TX (September 11, 2025) – A motorcyclist lost his life early Sunday morning in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 30 that led to two arrests following a short search by law enforcement.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred around 5:00 a.m. on September 7 in the westbound lanes of I-30 just east of Dalrock Road. Authorities report that 24-year-old Marcus Davis of Forney was riding a motorcycle when he was struck by a car.
