Prince William County, VA (August 13, 2025) – A tragic three-vehicle crash in the Nokesville area of Prince William County claimed the life of a motorcyclist Monday afternoon and led to criminal charges for an 18-year-old driver.

News sources show that officers responded to the scene around 4:15 p.m. on August 11 at the intersection of Aden Road and Parkgate Drive. According to investigators, the driver of a Mazda attempted a left turn onto Aden Road, cutting in front of an oncoming motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, 28-year-old Austin Dungan, swerved into the opposite lane to avoid the Mazda but collided head-on with a Jeep Wrangler. He was transported to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The driver of the Jeep, a 43-year-old woman, and her 15-year-old passenger both sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for care. The Mazda’s driver, identified as 18-year-old Luke Altman, and his passenger were unharmed and remained at the scene.
