Bourne, MA (October 11, 2025) – A 23-year-old man has died following a fiery three-vehicle crash that occurred Wednesday afternoon on Cape Cod’s Scenic Highway.
According to the Massachusetts State Police, emergency crews responded to the scene around 1:18 p.m. on October 9, where a 2022 red Hyundai Kona, a 2010 blue Audi Q5, and a 2025 green BMW X1 were involved in a serious collision. The driver of the Hyundai, identified as Paul A. Navarro of Carver, was critically injured in the crash and later succumbed to his injuries.
One vehicle caught fire following the impact, and occupants were reported to be trapped inside another. Two other drivers, a 46-year-old man from Lowell and a 53-year-old man from Truro, were hospitalized after the incident. Their conditions have not been released.
