Dodge City, KS (January 2, 2026) – A 53-year-old man from Ingalls died Wednesday evening following a single-vehicle rollover crash in Ford County, just outside Dodge City.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 6:40 p.m. on December 31. Shane Callison was driving northbound on County Road 109 when he lost control of his vehicle. Authorities say the vehicle left the roadway, hit a fence, and rolled over.
Callison was ejected during the crash and sustained critical injuries. He was transported to a nearby hospital but later died. Investigators confirmed that Callison was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. No other vehicles were involved.
