Escambia County, FL (December 14, 2025) – A tragic crash involving a Toyota Corolla and a semi-truck claimed the life of a 41-year-old Pensacola man and left a woman critically injured on the afternoon of December 12, 2025. The fatal collision took place around 2:00 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and Aileron Avenue.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the Corolla was attempting a left-hand turn from Aileron Avenue onto U.S. 98 when it entered the path of an eastbound tractor-trailer.
