According to reports, New York State Police responded to the crash involving a 2002 Chevrolet sedan and a tractor-trailer. Preliminary investigations revealed that the 67-year-old male driver of the Chevrolet was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of I-86 when the collision occurred.
