Esmeralda County, NV (August 29, 2025) – A deadly crash on U.S. Route 95 left three people dead Saturday morning after a pick-up truck crossed the centerline and collided with a tractor-trailer near Goldfield.
According to Nevada Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 6:15 a.m. on August 23, near mile marker 13. The northbound pick-up truck veered into the path of a southbound commercial motor vehicle, striking it head-on. The impact caused the pick-up to overturn and ignite in flames.
Tragically, the driver and two passengers in the pick-up were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities have not been released pending notification of next of kin. The driver of the tractor-trailer was not reported injured.
