May Township, MN (October 11, 2025) – Two people were left with life-threatening injuries after a violent three-vehicle crash on Highway 95 Wednesday afternoon in Washington County.

A 2019 Buick Encore following behind the Subaru then collided with the wreckage.

Both Damkaer and the Subaru driver, 70-year-old James Alan Litwin of Marcell, Minnesota, sustained critical injuries and were transported by emergency crews to Regions Hospital. The driver of the Buick, a 54-year-old woman from Osceola, Wisconsin, was not injured.

Seat belts were in use, and airbags deployed in the Chevrolet and Subaru. No alcohol was involved, and road conditions were reported as dry.
