San Antonio, TX. (November 9, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 10 East resulted in minor injuries early Saturday morning, following a chain of crashes triggered by roadway debris.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred around 4:16 a.m. on November 9 near the 11900 block of IH-10 E. Authorities say a Mercedes-Benz hit debris in the roadway, which damaged its tires and forced the driver to stop on the highway.

An 18-wheeler traveling directly behind the Mercedes also came to a stop. Moments later, a Ford sedan crashed into the rear of the big rig. A Nissan was also involved in the series of collisions.

At least one person sustained minor injuries as a result of the accident. No major injuries or fatalities were reported. Police continue to investigate the cause of the initial debris and crash sequence.
