Jefferson, MO – Two-Vehicle Crash on MO-30 Leaves One Injured

JEFFERSON, MO (February 8, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision on eastbound Missouri 30 at Local Hillsboro Road resulted in one person sustaining moderate injuries Saturday afternoon.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 4:28 p.m. when a 2015 Ford F-150, driven by a 60-year-old man from St. Louis, failed to stop at a red light and rear-ended a 2005 Acura TL. The Acura, driven by a 77-year-old man from Fenton, was stopped at the intersection when it was struck.

Emergency responders from the Big River Ambulance District transported the 77-year-old driver to Mercy Hospital South for treatment of moderate injuries. Both vehicles were totaled in the crash and towed by Northwest Towing.

Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
