Salt Lake City, UT (October 4, 2024) — A woman was tragically killed after a car crash on 700 East, just a block north of Liberty Park, sent a parked vehicle onto the sidewalk, Salt Lake police reported.
According to authorities, the driver of a car traveling north on 700 East lost control and struck a parked vehicle, which was then propelled into 46-year-old Lacee Kelly, who was walking on the sidewalk. Kelly was pronounced dead at the scene.
