The incident occurred just before 11:45 a.m. when an SUV, driven by the 74-year-old, collided with the rear of a sedan that had stopped at a red light at the intersection. FHP reports that for unknown reasons, the SUV failed to stop as it approached the stationary sedan, resulting in a crash that pushed the sedan into the intersection.
