According to the Washington State Patrol, 68-year-old Lisa J. Kopetski of Pendleton was driving a Honda CRV westbound on I-82 when she slowed for traffic ahead. A Jeep Cherokee rear-ended her vehicle, causing injuries. The driver of the Jeep fled the scene after the crash. Kopetski was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston for treatment of unspecified injuries.
