ARLINGTON, TX (November 19, 2025) – A man was killed and three others were hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash early Sunday morning at a major intersection in Arlington.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision occurred shortly after 3:30 a.m. on November 16, 2025, at the intersection of South Cooper Street and Pioneer Parkway. Police said a 2008 Honda Civic traveling westbound on Pioneer Parkway reportedly ran a red light and collided with a 2012 Ford Explorer heading north on Cooper Street.

The driver of the Civic was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. His identity has not yet been released by authorities.

Three individuals in the Explorer, including the driver and two passengers, were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators are still working to determine what factors may have contributed to the fatal crash.
