San Antonio, TX. (November 9, 2025) – A young motorcyclist was critically injured following a collision with a pickup truck late Friday night in San Antonio.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred at approximately 11 p.m. on November 8 at the intersection of West Woodlawn Avenue and North Elmendorf Street. Authorities say a 19-year-old man was riding a 2009 Suzuki SFV 650 westbound on Woodlawn Avenue when he collided with a 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 that was attempting a left turn from the opposite direction.
The impact left the motorcyclist with life-threatening injuries. He was transported to a local hospital for emergency medical care. The driver of the Dodge Ram remained at the scene and cooperated fully with investigators.
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
