Meridian, ID (May 15, 2025) – A tragic single-vehicle crash on Eagle Road early Saturday morning claimed the life of a local teenager, according to officials with the Ada County Coroner’s Office.
According to reports, 16-year-old Brayden Griffin of Meridian was the only occupant of a vehicle that crashed on Eagle Road between East Commercial Street and East Pine Avenue. Emergency personnel were dispatched to the scene just before 4:00 a.m. on May 10.
Griffin was pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries sustained in the wreck. No additional vehicles were reported to be involved, and authorities have not yet disclosed what may have led to the crash.
A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to help support the Griffin family with funeral arrangements and related expenses.
