According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the deadly accident occurred around 10:47 a.m. on September 28 along Farm to Market Road 2183. The man had been operating a 1990 Honda Goldwing GL1800 when he encountered a series of sharp, alternating curves. Authorities say he failed to maintain control, causing the motorcycle to veer off the roadway.
