According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, 49-year-old Thad Keefer of Stockton was riding his motorcycle westbound along Route 62 when he attempted to pass other vehicles. He lost control, veered into a ditch across the opposite lane, and went airborne. Keefer suffered severe injuries and was rushed to UPMC Chautauqua, where he was later pronounced dead.
