According to the Illinois State Police, the collision occurred around 10:00 a.m. on December 26 in the eastbound lanes of I-94, approximately three-quarters of a mile south of Russell Road. Dispatch audio confirmed the involvement of two to three vehicles, including a white Land Rover, a Ford truck, and a gold Lexus.
Ambulance 141, Squad 142, and Pleasant Prairie Engine responded to the scene. At least one person was transported to the hospital for treatment, while crews worked to manage traffic and clear the wreckage from the outside lane.
