According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash occurred on October 22 at the intersection of 140th Avenue Northeast and Bel-Red Road. Authorities say a 43-year-old man behind the wheel of a Nissan Sentra failed to yield while making a left turn, causing a collision with a Dodge Durango.
