According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the incident occurred at approximately 9:45 p.m. on September 20 in the 5900 block of the North Interstate Highway 35 service road southbound, near Koenig Lane. An adult pedestrian was hit by a vehicle under circumstances that are still being reviewed by local authorities.
