Titusville, FL (August 16, 2025) – A small aircraft went down in a wooded area of Titusville Friday afternoon, leaving two people hospitalized, according to police.
According to reports, the incident occurred at around 2:13 p.m. on August 15 just west of Space Coast Regional Airport and north of Shepard Drive. Police said the two occupants of the plane—a flight instructor and a student pilot—made the emergency call reporting the crash.
Responding crews found one occupant with serious injuries and the other with non-life-threatening injuries. Both were transported to local hospitals for treatment.
