The suspect’s vehicle eventually crashed near North Clinton Street and Wallen Road, colliding with both an SUV and a pickup truck. The elderly woman in the SUV suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The driver of the pickup truck sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Following the crash, the suspect attempted to flee on foot but was quickly apprehended. He was transported for medical evaluation and determined not to have life-threatening injuries. Authorities temporarily shut down the intersection for investigation and cleanup.
