Johnson County, KS (August 20, 2025) – A rollover accident early Tuesday morning left one woman seriously injured along Kansas Highway 10.
According to reports, the Kansas Highway Patrol stated the crash occurred at approximately 5:52 a.m. on August 19 near mile marker 30.9, about half a mile east of Cedar Creek Parkway. A 2025 Mercedes GLC, driven by 46-year-old Romaine Rominique Grant of Olathe, was traveling westbound in the left lane when it hydroplaned. The vehicle left the roadway to the left, crossed the median, and began overturning before coming to rest in the east ditch.
Grant was not wearing a safety restraint at the time of the crash and was transported to Overland Park Regional Medical Center with suspected serious injuries. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Pro-Tow.
