According to the Connecticut State Police, the crash occurred at approximately 12:40 a.m. on September 25 between Exits 13 and 10 on Route 9 South. The Haddam Volunteer Fire Company arrived to find a car overturned, with the driver already out of the vehicle after self-extricating through the passenger window.
