Granby, MA. (September 22, 2025) — A dramatic rollover accident sent emergency crews scrambling on Sunday afternoon after a vehicle overturned and rolled into a ditch along West State Street in Granby.
According to the Massachusetts State Police, the crash occurred during daylight hours on September 21. The vehicle, which appeared to have lost control, flipped over before coming to rest in a ditch off the roadside. Granby Fire Department personnel quickly responded to the scene and worked to secure the area and assist the injured.
One passenger suffered serious injuries and was airlifted by Lifestar helicopter to a nearby hospital for emergency care. The condition of other individuals in the vehicle has not yet been released.
