Lexington, KY (September 12, 2025) – A serious single-vehicle crash Thursday evening sent four individuals to the hospital after a violent wreck on Paris Pike near Iron Works Parkway.
According to the Kentucky State Police, emergency crews from the Lexington Fire Department were dispatched just before 7:00 p.m. on September 11. Upon arrival, responders found all four occupants trapped inside the vehicle. Firefighters used the jaws of life to extricate the victims from the wreckage.
All four individuals were transported to local hospitals. Two of the victims are reported to be in critical condition. The Lexington Police Department is leading the ongoing investigation into what caused the crash.
