The driver refused to stop and led authorities on a chase, turning onto Loop 20. The pursuit ended when the Chevrolet lost control and collided with a gray Ford Expedition on the I-35 frontage road.
The Chevrolet driver suffered serious injuries, while three undocumented passengers sustained minor injuries. The Ford driver and a passenger were hospitalized as a precaution. Authorities confirmed charges are pending against the Silverado driver.
