St. Louis, MO (January 10, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on the westbound ramp from Interstate 270 to Highway 364 resulted in injuries, including one pedestrian who was seriously hurt. The incident occurred on January 9 at approximately 7:50 p.m.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a stationary Freightliner Cascadia was in lane 2 of the ramp when a Honda CR-V, traveling in lane 1, switched lanes and collided with the Freightliner and its pedestrian occupant, who had exited the truck. The Honda also struck a Chevrolet Trax traveling in lane 1.
The pedestrian, a 27-year-old male from Columbus, Ohio, sustained serious injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
A 20-year-old female driver of the Chevrolet Trax and a 63-year-old male passenger in the Honda CR-V both suffered minor injuries and were also transported to Mercy Hospital for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
