St. Louis, MO (January 18, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision on eastbound I-70 at Natural Bridge Road early Saturday morning left two individuals with minor injuries.
According to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports, the crash occurred at approximately 1:00 a.m. when a 2020 Volkswagen Jetta attempted to change lanes from Lane 1 to Lane 3. The vehicle’s front bumper struck the rear left side of a 2003 RAM 1500.
The driver of the Volkswagen, a 22-year-old woman from Lake St. Louis, MO, and her passenger, a 23-year-old woman from St. Louis, MO, both sustained minor injuries. They were transported to SSM Health DePaul Hospital by Berkeley Fire Department EMS for treatment.
Both vehicles sustained significant damage and were towed from the scene. The driver of the RAM 1500, a 48-year-old man from Raytown, MO, was not injured.
The crash remains under investigation by authorities.
