According to reports, Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched around 3:30 a.m. on June 29 to the eastbound lanes of Interstate 276 between the Willow Grove and Fort Washington exits. After the initial collision, a third vehicle struck one of the wrecked cars that was left in the roadway.
