Tigard, OR (January 9, 2025) – Hayden Hackney, 21, has been identified as the victim of a fatal collision on State Route 99W at Southwest Canterbury Lane in Tigard, according to the Tigard Police Department.
The accident occurred on December 30, 2024, at approximately 12:35 a.m. Authorities reported that Jason Burgess, 40, was driving a Ford F-150 when he collided with a sedan operated by Hackney.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and found Hackney trapped in his vehicle. Despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
