According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 5:57 a.m. on January 8 near the intersection of North Florida Avenue and West Hillsborough Avenue. Engine 7 and other emergency personnel arrived at the scene shortly after Engine 1 confirmed their presence.
