According to the Kentucky State Police, the collision was reported just after 8:00 a.m. on December 31, 2025. Dispatch audio confirmed that Engine 65 arrived on scene where a blue Ford Escape and another unidentified vehicle had collided.
A 55-year-old man driving the Escape reported head pain, while a 75-year-old male sustained other unspecified injuries. Both were assessed by paramedics at the scene, and at least one individual was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.
