Santa Maria, CA (November 12, 2025) – Authorities have identified the motorcyclist killed in a collision over the weekend in Santa Maria as Vincent Hargadon, 30, of Santa Maria.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly accident occurred around 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, in the 600 block of East Boone Street. The Santa Maria Police Department reported that Hargadon was riding a motorcycle when he was struck by a pickup truck under unclear circumstances.
Emergency crews found him lying in the roadway between South Miller Street and South College Drive. Despite life-saving efforts by the Santa Maria Fire Department and AMR paramedics, Hargadon was later pronounced dead at Marian Regional Medical Center.
