Waco, TX (March 18, 2025) – A woman was killed, and multiple people were injured in a three-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon at Kendall Lane and Loop 340, according to the Waco Police Department.
Authorities say the crash happened around 12:19 p.m. when a Chevy Equinox was stopped, waiting to turn onto Kendall Lane. A Kia Soul then struck the Equinox, causing it to hit a third vehicle, a GMC Sierra.
All three drivers and a female passenger in the Equinox were taken to the hospital for treatment. Sadly, the passenger later succumbed to her injuries while receiving medical care. Officials have not yet released the victim’s identity, pending notification of next of kin.
Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the crash, and no further details have been made available at this time.
