Corpus Christi, TX (October 7, 2025) – A deadly wrong-way collision late Saturday night claimed the life of a local woman and left two others hospitalized in Corpus Christi.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred just after 11:00 p.m. on October 4 in the 15100 block of Park Road 22, near Whitecap Boulevard. Authorities confirmed that 51-year-old Cassandra Clark was driving westbound in the eastbound lane when her vehicle collided head-on with another car.
Clark was pronounced dead at the scene.
A mother and her 5-year-old daughter, who were occupants of the second vehicle, were transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Their current condition has not been updated.
